Airflow Management for Rack-Mounted Servers

Fully enclosed design; equipment inside the cabinet forms a self-contained system, isolated from the outside environment, and requires minimal space in the installation room.
Complete cabinet power distribution: L-shaped rails, cable management kits, LED lighting, cabinet door status indicators, warning ambient lights, audible and visual smoke detectors, etc.
Rack-Mounted UPS, Battery Pack

2U rack-mount UPS with a capacity of 3 kVA; input/output configuration: single-phase input and single-phase output; optional battery packs (up to 4 battery packs) to meet backup time requirements. For longer backup time requirements, an external battery bank is available.
Rack-Mounted Lithium-Ion UPS, Lithium-Ion Batteries

Supports rack-mountable lithium-ion UPS with a capacity of 3 kVA and a height of 3U
Optional 3U-high lithium-ion battery pack saves even more space and meets requirements for extended backup time
Power Distribution, PDU

3U-high rack-mounted power distribution unit that provides power distribution for UPS inputs and outputs, air conditioning, lighting, and monitoring equipment. Class C surge protection.
Standard PDUs are available, with measurement-type and smart-type models also available as options.
Monitoring and Management System
7-inch industrial-grade true-color touchscreen; displays the operating status of various components, such as the internal cabinet temperature and UPS air conditioning; supports remote access and control via a web browser; optional advanced features include SMS alerts and a password lock.
Refrigeration and Emergency Systems
An all-in-one air conditioner with integrated indoor and outdoor units, installed in the rear compartment without occupying a U-space, featuring optional airflow components to optimize airflow distribution.
The cabinet’s spring-loaded door is linked to the temperature control and smoke detection monitoring systems. When the internal temperature exceeds the threshold or the smoke detector triggers an alarm, the door automatically springs open to create a natural convection cooling channel, effectively preventing uncontrolled temperature rises inside the cabinet in the event of an air conditioning system failure. This design enables active thermal management and provides multiple layers of safety protection.
