According to the latest forecasts from IDC, China’s intelligent computing power is projected to reach 725.3 EFLOPS in 2024, rising to 1,037.3 EFLOPS in 2025. By 2026, China’s intelligent computing power is expected to reach 1,460.3 EFLOPS—double the 2024 figure—and to reach 2,781.9 EFLOPS by 2028. Between 2023 and 2028, the five-year compound annual growth rates for China’s intelligent computing power and general-purpose computing power will be 46.2 per cent and 18.8 per cent respectively.
