CoolNova Series Cold Plate Liquid Cooling Full-Stack Solutions

The CoolNova system consists of a primary side and a secondary side. The primary side primarily includes cooling towers/dry coolers and ancillary facilities, while the secondary side includes the CDU, liquid-cooled cabinets, and liquid-cooled nodes. The cooling media typically consist of deionized water and antifreeze; the cool plate supply water temperature ranges from 40 to 45°C. The system features high energy efficiency, high integration, low noise, safety and reliability, and ease of maintenance, enabling the data center to achieve a PUE of ≤1.15 year-round.
CDU–Cooling capacity range of 200–1,350 kW, 10-inch touchscreen, variable-frequency pump with primary/standby configuration, automatic pressure-maintaining makeup water system, active anti-condensation protection, high-precision filtration, online water quality and leak detection, and more convenient maintenance
Coolant–The medium typically consists of deionized water plus a corrosion inhibitor, 25% ethylene glycol, or propylene glycol, etc. The supply temperature to the cooling plate is 40–45°C.
Manifold–SUS304 square or round tubing, with an automatic air vent at the top
Quick Connect–UQD Stainless Steel Self-Sealing Quick-Connect Fitting, Double-Seal, Leak-Free
Pipes and Hoses–Made of 304 stainless steel, prefabricated in sections, with EPDM rubber hoses or corrugated tubes, for quick installation and connection.
Energy Valve–Optional energy valve for precise control of secondary-side water temperature
Advantages: Ultimate energy efficiency, low noise, safety, and the ability to achieve a year-round PUE of ≤1.15 for data centers.
